1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a return or refund.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

Important (Toys & Collectibles):
Due to the collectible nature of certain toys, opened or unsealed items may not be eligible for return unless defective.


3. How to Start a Return

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

⚠️ Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Items:
    We will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.

  • Change of Mind / Personal Preference:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We do not charge any restocking fees.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


6. Inspection & Refunds

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 2–5 business days.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • If rejected (does not meet return conditions), the item may be sent back at your expense

Please note: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at:

8. Lost or Refused Packages

  • Orders refused by the customer or returned due to incorrect address may incur additional shipping fees

  • Turlinkai is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
